The first section, up to the water tank, is nice.  Even Elgar would enjoy the journey.

 

The next section, the saddle between the hills, would be okay for a jeep.  It is a little rutted and the plant growth is pretty heavy.

The last part, along the back side of the hill, is impassable.  It's not that big a deal for a pro to clear it, but until that it's feet.
